Aldridge Mineral Madencilik A.Ş. ("Aldridge") was established in 2005 under the name Aldridge Mineral Madencilik Ltd. Şti. as the Turkish subsidiary of the Canada-based Aldridge Minerals Inc. In 2022, following a change in its legal form, the company's name was changed to Aldridge Mineral Madencilik A.Ş.

Aldridge Minerals Inc., the founding company of Aldridge, was acquired in 2018 by Virtus Mining Ltd. ("Virtus"), a company that is a tax resident of the Netherlands. Following the completion of the share transfer process, the shares of Aldridge, Virtus's Turkish subsidiary, were transferred to Virtus in 2019.

In 2024, 70% of the shares of Virtus were acquired by CVK Maden İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("CVK Mining"). As a result of this acquisition, the management and control of Virtus, and consequently Aldridge, passed to CVK Mining.
